<br />We, MARIO N. RIVERA, single, and LINDA M. MARTINEZ, single,
<br />("Trustortl), whether one or more, under that certain Deed of
<br />Trust in the original principal amount ~f THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND
<br />NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($31,900.00), and dated June 1, 1988, to be
<br />entered into among Trustor, and LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE
<br />CORPORATION, c/o Grand Island Abstract Company, P. O. Box 627,
<br />Grand Island. Nebraska 68802, ("Trustee"), and TIMOTHY A.
<br />JAKUBOWSKI, (Beneficiary"), covering the fallowing-described
<br />property:

<br />Th.e Southerly Four Feet (S4. 0') of Lot One (1), Block
<br />Twenty-Five (25), in Packer and Barr's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with the Northerly Fifty and Five Tenths Feet
<br />(N50.5') of vacated Blake Street, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
<br />Corner of Lot One (1), Block Twenty-Five (25) in Packer
<br />& Barr's Second Addition and running Easterly along the
<br />Southerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of One
<br />Hundred Eleven Feet (111.0') to the Westerly line of
<br />Custer Avenue; thence running Southerly along and upon
<br />the Westerly line of Custer Avenue a distance of Fifty
<br />and Five Tenths Feet (50.5'); thence running Westerly
<br />and parallel to the Southerly line of said Lot One (1),
<br />Block Twenty-Five (25), Packer and Barr's Second
<br />Addition, a distance of One Hundred Eleven Feet
<br />(111.0'); thence running Northerly along and upon the
<br />Westerly line of Packer & Barr's second Addition, a
<br />distance of Fifty and Five Tenths Feet (50.5') to the
<br />point of beginning,

<br />hereby acknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of
<br />Trust to be executed by Trustor is a Deed of Trust and not a
<br />mortgage, and (b) the power of sale provided for in the Deed of
<br />Trust provides substantially different rights and obligations to
<br />the Trustor than a mortgage in the event of a default or breach
<br />of obligation.
<br />
<br />Trustors acknowledge that this Acknowledgment was made prior
<br />to the execution of the Deed of Trust.
