Sullivan, Trustor, did on or about May 21, 1984, make, execute and deliver unto Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustor conveyed the fOllowing-described real property: Lot Three (3), in Abrahamson's Subdivision Number Three (3), located on and being a Subdivision of Block Twenty (20), in Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Superior Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiarv of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on May 22, 1984 "as Document No. 84-002691 in the office of the Register of Deeds/County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, which Deed of Trust was assigned to Colonial Central Savings Bank by assignment recorded January 26, 1988 as Document #88-100389. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the, Trustors for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from December I, 1987 through date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
