88- 102619 AMENDMENT TO POWER OF A'I'TORNEY I, CAECELIA FOREMAN, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, have heretofore, by instrument dated and acknow- ledged April 16, 1985, appointed my daughter, KATHRYN L. NICOLAS, my Attorney-in-Fact to act in my name and for my benefit for certain purposes set forth in said instrument, and I hereby declare this Amendment an addition to said Power of Attorney dated April 16, 1985, and I confer upon the Attorney-in-Fact named in said instrument the following and additional powers in addition to those previously set forth: --...-:> 1. To sell, transfer, convey, trade, mortgage, and encumber all real property owned by me, including but not limited to the following: Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2), in Axt & Hagge's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and in connection with any sale of any of my real estate, to execute deeds of conveyance and other necessary docu- ments, eaid Attorney-in-Fact being empowered to sell, mortgage and convey the above described real property and any other real property, either at public or private sale, without authority of any court whatsoever, on such terms and conditions as said Attorney-in-Fact shall deem advantageous in her discretion, and to further do any and all other things necessary or incidental to the sale, transfer, conveyance and trade of any real property owned by me. I hereby affirm and ratify all of the other terms and pro- visions of my Power of Attorney dated April 16, 1985, except as modified herein.
