<br />88- 1024&2 <br /> <br />REPLACEMENT <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />D. D. LEMKE AND FRIEDA M. LEMKE, husband and wife, Ci~~TOR, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), love and affection, received <br />from GRANTEES, JEFFREY D. LEMKE AND ELIZABETH A. LEMKE, husband <br />and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not' as <br />tenants in common, the following described real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br /> <br />Lot Two (2) in Lemke Subdivision, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />RESERVING UNTO THE GRANTEES, or the survivor of them, during <br />their lifetime to have the first right of refusal in the event <br />the Grantors desire to sell the property. <br /> <br />(This deed is to replace a deed dated January 2, 1979, by the <br />same Grantors to the same Grantees.) <br /> <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with <br />GRANTEES that GRANTOR: <br /> <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is <br />free from encumbrances except for covenants, re- <br />strictions and e3.sements of record and subject to any <br />and all real estate taxes and assessments outstanding: <br /> <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />same ~ <br /> <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate <br />against the lawful claims of all persons. <br /> <br />Executed <br /> <br />/')'7 'j'- / ti; <br /> <br />I 9,f{f" <br /> <br />ii' fJ~ <br /> <br />D.
