TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby notlf led that on the (3 ~ day of May, 1988, The Equitable Building and Loan Association, a Nebraska corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska against Randel K. Boesen and Joan M. Boesen, Husband and Wife; and United States of America, acting through the Internal Revenue Service, Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $99,750.00 on the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Seven (7), Hidden Lakes Subdivision No.3, in Hall County, Nebraska, given by the Defendants and Randel K. Boesen and Joan M. Boesen, on the 11th day of September, 1984, to the Plaintiff, and that said mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on September 12, 1984, and duly recorded as Document No. 84-004797 of the Mortgage Records of said county thereof. Plaintiff claims that there is now due $92,797.45 on said mortgage, plus interest thereon at $32.31 per diem commencing May 13, 1988, and the Bond it was given to secure, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount found due on its mortgage and interest and costs of that action.
