Boesen and Joan M. Boesen, <br />Husband and Wife; and United States of America, acting through <br />the Internal Revenue Service, Defendants, the object and prayer <br />of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $100,000.00 on the <br />following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Four (4), Block Ninety-Nine (99), Railroad Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />given by the Defendants Clinton Broadcasting Co., Inc., and <br />Randel K. Boesen and Joan M.
