<br />You are hereby notified that on the , 3-day of May,
<br />1988, The Equitable Building and Loan Association, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska against Clinton Broadcasting Co., Inc.,
<br />a Nebraska Corporation; Randel K. Boesen and Joan M. Boesen,
<br />Husband and Wife; and United States of America, acting through
<br />the Internal Revenue Service, Defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $100,000.00 on the
<br />following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Four (4), Block Ninety-Nine (99), Railroad Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />given by the Defendants Clinton Broadcasting Co., Inc., and
<br />Randel K. Boesen and Joan M. Boesen, jointly and severally, on
<br />the 23rd day of April, 1985, to the Plaintiff, and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed for record in the office .of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on April 30, 1985, and duly
<br />recorded as Document No. 85-002052 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />said county thereof.

<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due $98,047.03 on said
<br />mortgage, plus interest thereon at $35.02 per diem commencing May
<br />13, 1988, and the Bond it was given to secure, and it prays for
<br />the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the amount
<br />found due on itsmortgag~d interest and costs of that action.
