<br />1. The. Ci ty of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of f. 't':
<br />City Council on August 3, 1987, enacted Ordinance No. 7390 h~j~h
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below ano
<br />the manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7390 was publiched in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on August 11, August 18, and August 25, all as required by
<br />Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance
<br />No. 7390.
<br />
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7390 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk-Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to BRIAN
<br />C. HAMILTON and CAREN L. HAMILTON, husband and wife, a deed for
<br />said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby
<br />authorized without futher action on behalf of the City Council.

<br />5. BRIAN C. HAMILTON and CAREN L. HAMILTON, husband and
<br />wife, have assigned all of their right, title and interest in the
<br />following described real estate acquired by virtue of Ordinance
<br />No. 7390 to TERRY L. LOSCHEN and CAROLYN L. LOSCHEN on
<br />April 28, 1988.
<br />
<br />6. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consider"ation of Fifteen Thousand One Dollars ($15,001.00)
<br />received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
<br />
<br />TERRY L. LOSCHEN AND CAROLVN L. LOSCHEN,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot 7, Regency By The Green Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described presmises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and ap8urtenances thereto
