NOTICE OF DEFAULT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: WHEREAS, William R. Martin and Bonnie J. Martin, husband and wife, as trustor (collectively, "Trustor"), on April 7, 1983 made, executed and delivered to Stewart Title Guaranty Company ("Stewart"), as trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc. ("Superior"), as beneficiary, a deed of trust (the "Deed of Trust") covering the following described property: Lot One (1) in Block Thirty-Six (36), in Charles Wasmer's Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was given as security for the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Trustor"s note to Superior dated April 7, 1983, which Deed of Trust was recorded April 8, 1983 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 83-001701 and was refiled April 13, 1983 as Document Number 83-001773; and WHEREAS, the interest of Superior as beneficiary under the Deed of Trust has been assigned to Goldome Realty Credit Corp., 205 Park Club Lane, Post Office Box 9000, Buffalo, New York 14221-9000 ("Beneficiary"); and WHEREAS, Stewart has been replaced as trustee by Daniel T. Haug, Esq., a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association ("Trustee"); and WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of Trustor for which the Deed of Trust was made has occurred, to-wit: Trustor has failed to tender payments due in the aggregate amount of $23,889.01 as of May 12, 1988;
