Martin, husband <br />and wife, as trustor (collectively, "Trustor"), on April 7, <br />1983 made, executed and delivered to Stewart Title Guaranty <br />Company ("Stewart"), as trustee, and Superior Mortgage, Inc. <br />("Superior"), as beneficiary, a deed of trust (the "Deed of <br />Trust") covering the following described property: <br /> <br />Lot One (1) in Block Thirty-Six (36), in Charles <br />Wasmer's Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was given as security for the <br />repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Trustor"s note <br />to Superior dated April 7, 1983, which Deed of Trust was <br />recorded April 8, 1983 in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 83-001701 and was <br />refiled April 13, 1983 as Document Number 83-001773; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the interest of Superior as beneficiary under <br />the Deed of Trust has been assigned to Goldome Realty Credit <br />Corp., 205 Park Club Lane, Post Office Box 9000, Buffalo, New <br />York 14221-9000 ("Beneficiary"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stewart has been replaced as trustee by <br />Daniel T. Haug, Esq., a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association ("Trustee"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation of Trustor for which <br />the Deed of Trust was made has occurred, to-wit: Trustor has <br />failed to tender payments due in the aggregate amount of <br />$23,889.01 as of May 12, 1988; <br />
