LaPuzza, Trustee, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys to Nebraska Invesment Finance Authori~~ herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenan~ or warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Three (3), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by that Trust Deed dated the 16th day of June, 1982, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 18th day of June, 1982, as Document #82-002431 of the mortgage records of said county, which Deed of Trust was assigned to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority f/kja Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, between Harold Rouillard and Rosie Rouilliard, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, Paul J.
