<br />and hereby release the Notice of Lease executed between Robert D, Shanks,

<br />Jr., Lessor, and Ronald G. Oughman and Judith K. Dughman, Husband and Wife,
<br />Lessees, dated July 1. 1982, and filed July 2, 1982, in the Office of the
<br />
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-002719,
<br />
<br />Further, Ronald G. Dughman and Judith K. Dughman, Husband and Wife, release
<br />
<br />the Lease executed between Robert D. Shanks, Jr" Lessor, and Ronald G.
<br />
<br />Dughman and Judith K. Dughman, Husband and Wife, Lessees, dated July 1, 1982,
<br />
<br />which was the underlying agreement forming the basis of the aforementioned
<br />
<br />Notice of Lease, and hereby disclaim and relinquish any and all right, title

<br />or interest in or to the following described real estate located in Hall
<br />
<br />County, Nebraska, to-wit:
