<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indeb~edness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust made among Richard W. Bailey and Bernice E. Bailey,
<br />husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Supel-ic,r, as TrLlste€' and Benefi.:iary, dated
<br />January 22, 1987, and record€'d in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, on January 27, 1987 as
<br />Instrument Number 87-100450 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has
<br />requested that the property held by Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of SuperIor, as Trustee, under said Deed of
<br />Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In conSideration of such payment and In
<br />accordance with the written request of the BenefiCIary,
<br />Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled ther€'to all the estate and
<br />interest held by It, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
