<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated June
<br />13, 1986, executed by Gary Carothers as Trustor, in which
<br />Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 86-103177, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey
<br />reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has
<br />been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to
<br />reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto 1

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate
<br />now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following
<br />described real property:

<br />Lot Four (4), in "Roush Pleasantville Terrace
<br />Subdivision", of part of Matthew's Subdivision
<br />of Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section
<br />Twenty-Seven (27), in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this
