<br />MARGARET M. WHEELER, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER GOOD
<br />AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantees, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto THE FIRST .NATIONAL BANK O~
<br />GRAND ISLAND, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, and LLOYD 3. WHEELER,
<br />Co-Trustees, herein called the Grantees, the following-described
<br />real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />One (1) in Continental Gardens, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs,
<br />successors and assigns forever. And Grantor hereby covenants
<br />with the said Grantees and with Grantees' heirs, successors and
<br />assigns, that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises, that
<br />they are free from encumbrance and that Grantor has good right
<br />and lawful authority to sell the same~ and Grantor hereby
<br />covenants to warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the
<br />said Grantor hereby relinquishes all right, title, claim and
<br />interest in and to the above-described premises.
