I am the widow of Anthony G. Sucha.:cak who died on April 26 I <br />1988. <br /> <br />2. At the time of his death, Anthony G. Suchanek and I, as joint <br />tenants, owned the following described real estate located in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Seven (7), in "Anderson Subdi vi sion, n located on a <br />part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest (SE 1/4 <br />NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), in Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P. M. in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />3. All of the property, both real estate and personal property, <br />in which my husband, Anthony G, Suchanek, had an interest, at his <br />death, was owned by him and me as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, <br /> <br />4. The total fair market value of all of the joint tenancy <br />property owned by Anthony G. Suchanek and me, as joint tenants, <br />at the time of death of Anthony G. Suchanek, was less than the <br />sum of $600,000.00, and no Form 706 (United States Estate Tax <br />Return) has been or will be filed with the Internal Revenue <br />Service because no United States Estate Tax can be or was <br />assessed as a result of the death of Anthony G. Suchanek. <br /> <br />5. Since all of the property owned by Anthony G. Suchanek was <br />owned by him with me as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, An thony G. Suchanek had no 1 i abi 1 i ty for a Nebraska <br />Estate Tax nor is there any liability because of his death for <br />any Nebraska Inheritance Tax. <br /> <br />6. I am the sole owner of all of the real estate and personal <br />property owned by Anthony G.
