If the assumer fails to pay this fee at <br />the tiae of transfer, the fee shall constitute an additional debt to that <br />alreldy secured by this instruaent, shill bear interest at the rate herein <br />provided, and, at the option of the pavee of the indebtedness hereby <br />secured or any trlnsferee thereof, shall be i.aediately due and payable. <br />This fee is luto.atically .aived if the assuaer is exe.pt under the <br />provisions of 3B U.S.C. 1829lbl. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />Upon application fDr Ipproval to allow assu.ption of this loan, a <br />processing fee aay be charged by the lOin holder or its luthori:ed agent <br />far deter.ining the creditworthiness of the assuaer Ind subsequently <br />revising the holder's ownership records when an Ipproved transfer is <br />coapleted.
