Weber, as Trus~0~, whose address is 425 <br />Arapahoe Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska; Arthur S. Wetzel, 113 <br />West Third Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Trustee; and Thomas <br />L. and Verna M. Flinn, whose address is 3041 Roselawn~ Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, as Beneficiary. <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />That Trustor conveys, sells, and warrants to Trustee in <br />trust, with power of sale, the following described real property: <br /> <br />Lot Eight (8) in Block Two (2) in Dale Roush <br />Second Subdivision situated in part of the East <br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (ElS.i) of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee <br />stmple, together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging. <br /> <br />The Trustor covenants and agrees with the said Trustee and <br />Beneficiary that he is..lawfully seised of said premises; that.he <br />has good, right, and lawful authority to sell and convey said <br />premises; tbat said premises are free and clear of all liens and <br />encumbrances; and that Trustor will warrant and defend the title <br />to said premises unto tbe Trustee and bis successors and assigns <br />forever against the claims of all persons, <br /> <br />FOB THE PURPOSE OF SECURING perfo~ance on each agre~Dtof <br />Trustor herein contained and the payment of Eighteen Thousand <br />Dollars ($18,000.00), as evidenced by a promissory note bearing <br />even date at the rate of zero percent (01) per annum until paid; <br />the principal sum and interest shall be payable in equal monthly <br />installments of $250.00 per month and each month thereafter UDtil <br />paid. Said payments to commence June 1. 1988. All pa~nts <br />sball be made at the office of the Beneficiary, 3041 Roselawn. <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, or at such other place as the holder may <br />designate in writing. <br /> <br />It 1s agreed by and between the parties hereto that while <br />title 1s vested in the Trustee and until filing of Notice of <br />Default. the Trustor shall: <br /> <br />A.
