Reno, Attorney <br />at law, was appointed Successor Trustee. <br /> <br />Pursuant to an Assumption and Modification Agreement dated April <br />30, 1987 and recorded June 4, 1987 in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 87-103276, Teak <br />Associated Investments, Inc., successor Trustor, assumed the <br />obligations of monthly payments to be made under the Trust Deed. <br /> <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an <br />obligation of the Trustor for which the trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay <br />the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on April 1 <br />and May 1, 1988, together with interest accruing thereon. <br />Trustor has also failed to pay real estate taxes on the trust <br />property for the years of 1985 through 1987 inclusive in breach <br />of the obligation of such Trustor under the terms of the Trust <br />Deed. <br /> <br />You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to declare <br />the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest <br />thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause <br /> <br />'-" <br />
