<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Trustee under the Trust Deed
<br />dated.the10i::hdayof September, 1980, executed by DARRELL R.
<br />SUTTER andRQMAM.SUTTER, husband and wife, as Trustor, in
<br />which POSTAL'FINA~CECOMPANY,a Nebraska Corporation, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE CO ., is named
<br />as Trustee; which was recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hal~county, Nebraska, as Document No. 80-005122, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, SECURITY, PACIFIC FINANCE CORP., as Successor to
<br />POSTAL FINANCE COMPANY, Beneficiary, assigned its interest as
<br />Beneficiary in said Deed of Trust to IUUROLD F. SUTTER and V.
<br />NORANE SUTTER, husband and wife, as joint tenants, by Assignment
<br />dated June 19, 19P,~, recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 84-003462, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from HAROLD F. SUTTER
<br />and V. NORANE SUTTER written request to reconvey reciting that
<br />the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied
<br />and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the Trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto~
<br />
<br />NOW, 'THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />crovisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act
<br />the underSigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, the estate
<br />now held by said Trustee thereunder III and to the following
<br />described property:
