Mettenbrink and May Mettenbrink, subject to Robert Mettenbrink and May Mettenbrink paying the real estate taxes on said 8l-acre tract; paying the prudential Insurance Company mortgage, which is a lien against the said 8l-acre tract; and holding the personal Representative and the Inter- venors harmless from said real estate taxes and mortgage.
