Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the follow- ing described real estate (as definded in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: A rectangular tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEiNE!; of Section Thirty- Three (33) Township Eleven (11) North Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin on the East line of the S~utheast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SEiNE!) above described which . pin is located approximately 627 feet north of the South- east corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter on Section Thirty-Three above described, thence in a Westerly direction at right angles to a point on the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to an iron pin which is located approximately 627 feet north of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described, thence in a northerly direction at right angles along the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described, at a distance of 330 feet, thence in an easterly direction at right angles parallel with the south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described to the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described thence in a southerly direction at right angles a di8tance of 330 feet to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres a little more or less. This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 83-001138 on March 9, 1983, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014. Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by reason of this instrument.
