Brownell, Trustee and Grantor, in performance <br />of said trust and by virtue of the power and authority given <br />in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys <br />to the person or persons entitled thereto, Grantee, the follow- <br />ing described real estate (as definded in Nebraska Revised <br />Statutes Section 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A rectangular tract of land in the Southeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter (SEiNE!; of Section Thirty- <br />Three (33) Township Eleven (11) North Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at an <br />iron pin on the East line of the S~utheast Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (SEiNE!) above described which . <br />pin is located approximately 627 feet north of the South- <br />east corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter on Section Thirty-Three above described, thence <br />in a Westerly direction at right angles to a point on <br />the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter to an iron pin which is located approximately <br />627 feet north of the Southwest corner of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described, thence <br />in a northerly direction at right angles along the west <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />above described, at a distance of 330 feet, thence in <br />an easterly direction at right angles parallel with <br />the south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter above described to the east line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter above described thence <br />in a southerly direction at right angles a di8tance of 330 feet <br />to the place of beginning, containing 10 acres a little <br />more or less. <br /> <br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation <br />secured by the Trust Deed recorded as Document No. 83-001138 <br />on March 9, 1983, in the office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014. <br /> <br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not <br />to be held liable in his individual capacity in anyway by <br />reason of this instrument. <br /> <br />Executed: April 25, 1988. <br /> <br />ss: <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br /> <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me <br />on April 25, 1988, by John R.
