I 88_102079 STATE OF NEBRASKA SS. AFFIDAVIT AS TO DEATH AND TITLE COUNTY OF HALL BEVERLY J. STRAND, being first duly sworn on her oath, deposes and says: 1. She resides at 507 West Charles Street, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 2. She is the surviving widow of Otto L. Strand who died February 2, 1988. 3. No proceedings for probate of the will or for intestacy with respect to toe Estate of otto L. Strand has been commenced, and none is contemplated. 4. The only property in which the Decedent, Otto L. Strand, had an interest at the time of his death was property owned in joint tenancy with this Affiant, his surviving widow. Such ?ro" perty included the following-described real estate: The Easterly Thirty-Six (36) Feet of the Westerly Seventy-Four and one-Fourth (74 1/4) Feet of the North Half (Nj) of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (SlSE1) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. 5. There is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax owing herein by reason of the joint tenancy ownership of all real and personal property by the Decedent with his surviving spouse, Beve~ly J. Strand, this Affiant. The total value of taxable property for Federal Estate Tax computation purposes does not equal nor exceed $600,000, and no Federal Estate Tax return is required herein; and there is no such tax owing by the Otto L.
