<br />to the Promissory Note and the obligation mentioned herein, THIS MORTGAGE SHALL SECURE
<br />ALL FURTHER LOANS AND INDEBTEDNESS owed or to be owed by mortgagor to mortgagee
<br />PROVIDED SU~H LOANS AND INDEBTEDNESS shall be made or accrue on or before the date
<br />of the death of such survivor and FURTHER PROVIDED THAT the maximum amount secured
<br />by this mortgage shall not exceed $300,000.00. THE OBLIGATION OF MORTGAGEE TO ~MKE
<br />FUTURE ADVANCES SHALL BE OPTIONAL WITH MORTGAGEE and shall be fully secured hereby,
<br />and fully subject to all of the covenants, terms and conditions hereof.
