Stat. 76-201), to-wit: The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (Sl/2 NE1/4) of Section Eight (8) , Township Twel va ( 12 ) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, except that certain tra.:::t deeded to the State of Nebraska in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 77, Page 95. together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and the estate, right, title, claim, or demand whatsoever of the said Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, of, in, and to the same or any part thereof. To Have and to Hold the above-described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said LEO METTENBRINK and assigns, forever.
