<br />, FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, LT.Ustor irrevocably transfers, con-
<br />veys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the
<br />benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms
<br />and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in
<br />the City of Grand Island , County of Hall ,
<br />State of Nebraska, and legally described as fol1mo1s (the "Property"):

<br />Lot Twenty-four (24) and the West Half (W~) of Lot Twenty-
<br />three (23) of Roush Pleasantvil1e Terrace Subdivision, a
<br />Subdivision of Lots 20, 21, and the West 313.0 Feet of
<br />r.ot 30, Matthew's Subdivision, and part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW~) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />ANY SALE OR TRANSFER BY THE TRUSTOR OF OWNERSHIP TO THE ABOVE-
<br />DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE SHALL CAUSE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF UNPAID PRINCIPAL
<br />AND BALANCE TO BE DUE FORTm~ITH.

<br />TOGETHER \-111'1-1, all rents, easements, appurtendnces, heredita-
<br />ments, interests in adjoining roads, streets and alleys, improvements
<br />and buildings of any kind situated thereon and all personal property
<br />that may be or hereafter become an integral part of such bui ldings

<br />The Property and the entire estate and interest conveyed to
<br />the Trustee are referred to collectively as the "Trust Estate".

<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECURING:
