Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />therefrom tracts of land more particularly de- <br />scribed in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 77, <br />pages 57 and 58, Survivorship Warranty Deed re- <br />corded in Book 171, page 416, Warranty Deed re- <br />corded in Book 172, page 343, and Trustee's Deeds <br />recorded as Document No. 82- 004913, No. 82- 005025 <br />and No. 82- 005026 in the Register of Deeds Office, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E}SWI) of <br />Section Sixteen (16), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and a rectangular piece of ground described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Southwest cornei of <br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />Sixteen (16), Township Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Nine (9), running parallel North along said West <br />boundary line, 190 feet North, thence in a West - <br />Southerly direction 257 feet, thence in a South - <br />Westerly direction 173 feet, thence East 289 feet <br />parallel with said section line and to the place <br />of beginning. <br />Attached is a copy of the Stipulation entered in the above <br />case which by this reference is made a part of the same as if <br />set forth at length herein. <br />
