The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E}SWI) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and a rectangular piece of ground described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest cornei of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Sixteen (16), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), running parallel North along said West boundary line, 190 feet North, thence in a West - Southerly direction 257 feet, thence in a South - Westerly direction 173 feet, thence East 289 feet parallel with said section line and to the place of beginning. Attached is a copy of the Stipulation entered in the above case which by this reference is made a part of the same as if set forth at length herein.
