<br />consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the

<br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantor(s) with the aOOve mortgage.

<br />Grantor(s) declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made,
<br />and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed
