I 88- 101976 LIS PENDENS Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, f!k/a CFS Mortgage Corporation, a Corporation, is plaintiff and Donald E. Scroggs, et al., are the defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants of the amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 26th day of August, 1986, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, ~all County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of August, 1986, as Document No. 86-104909, wherein Donald E. Scroggs and Patr ic ia S. Scroggs, husband and wi fe, mortgaged and conveyed to CFS Mortgage Corporation, the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Lot Five (5), in Hidden Lakes Subdivision, Number Two (2), being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) and part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (Nl/2 NE 1/4 SE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interest of Donald E. Scroggs, et al., in the real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable.
