<br />I <br /> <br />88- 101943 <br /> <br />DEED <br /> <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on January 4. 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7432 which <br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and <br />the manner and terms thereof. <br /> <br />2. Ordinance No. 7432 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive <br />weeks, on January 12, January 19, and January 26, 1988, all as <br />required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943. as amended. <br /> <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance <br />No. 7432. <br /> <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7432 provides that if no <br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk-Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to <br />EVELYN OlNEILL, a single person, a deed for said real estate, and <br />the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further <br />action on behalf of the City Council, and the City shall not <br />furnish title insurance. <br /> <br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) received <br />from the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and <br />confirm "unto <br /> <br />EVELYN O'NEILL. <br /> <br />a single person, the following described real estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land in Lots Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-five <br />(25) of County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (W 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the South fifty (50) <br />feet of said Lot Twenty-five (25); thence running westerly <br />on the North line of the South fifty (50) feet of said Lot <br />Twenty-five (25) a distance of seventy-nine and five-tenths <br />(79.5) feet; thence running southerly parallel to the East <br />line of said Lot Twenty-five (25) a distance of fifty (50) <br />feet to the South line of said Lot Twenty-five (25); thence <br />deflecting left and running on a curve having a radius of <br />fifty (50) feet, the center, or radius point, of which is on <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />L <br />
