I 88- 101943 DEED 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on January 4. 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7432 which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. 2. Ordinance No. 7432 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on January 12, January 19, and January 26, 1988, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943. as amended. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7432. 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7432 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk-Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to EVELYN OlNEILL, a single person, a deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council, and the City shall not furnish title insurance. 5. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) received from the Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm "unto EVELYN O'NEILL. a single person, the following described real estate: A tract of land in Lots Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-five (25) of County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 SW 1/4) of Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: ~ Beginning at the Northeast corner of the South fifty (50) feet of said Lot Twenty-five (25); thence running westerly on the North line of the South fifty (50) feet of said Lot Twenty-five (25) a distance of seventy-nine and five-tenths (79.5) feet; thence running southerly parallel to the East line of said Lot Twenty-five (25) a distance of fifty (50) feet to the South line of said Lot Twenty-five (25); thence deflecting left and running on a curve having a radius of fifty (50) feet, the center, or radius point, of which is on L ~ L
