<br />Notes, Debts. Liens. and all claims secured by said. ~ortgages/Deea of Trust and the convenants
<br />contained in said Mortgages/Deeds of Trust, and Assignor hereby covenants, promises and agrees that
<br />it is the legal and equitable owner of said Mortgages/Deeds of Trust and Notes with full power to
<br />assign and sell the same.
