I NOTICE OF DEFAULT 88-1tt1916 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You are hereby not i f led that Lyle C. Wer t z and Glor ia L. Wertz, husband and wife, Trustors, did on or about the 27th day of December, 1983, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Feder al Sav ings and Loan Assoc iat ion, as Trus tee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described real property: Lot One (1), Cleveland Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, and Lot Eight (8) Hayman's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Tower Financial, Inc., now known as Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the 27 th day of December, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83-006752. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from February 1, 1984, through this date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to de- clare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property descr ibed in said Trust Deen to satisfy said obligation.
