<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED UNDER ORDER OF SALE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, by Decree of the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, entered on the 4th day of November, 1987, in a cause
<br />pending in said Court wherein Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, A Body Politic and Corporate, Plaintiff, and Robert A.
<br />Geier and Katherine R. Geier, husband and wife, et al.,
<br />Defendants, Case No. 92-113, the undersigned, the Master
<br />Commissioner, was commanded to sell the real estate hereinafter
<br />described at public sale in the event redemption was not made as
<br />provided by said Decree; and,
<br />
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, no redemption having been made, the undersigned
<br />proceeded to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public
<br />sale to the Grantee hereinafter named; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the
<br />1st day of April, 1988. and the undersigned ordered and directed
<br />to convey the real estate hereinafter described to the purchaser.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Thirty-Three
<br />Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two Dollars and Eight Cents
<br />($33,872.08), bid and paid by the Grantee, the undersigned does
<br />hereby grant, sell, and convey to Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, a Body Politic and Corporate, the premises as
<br />aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />
<br />The East Half of the West Half (ElW!> of Lots One (1)
<br />and Two (2), in Block Seven (7), in Hann's Third
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns forever.
