<br />I <br /> <br />88--.. <br /> <br />101782 <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br /> <br />Ronald C. Krauss and Vada M. Krauss, husband and wife, herein <br />called the mortgagor in consideration of Seventy-five Thousand <br />Dollars ($75,000.00) does hereby mortgage to Eugene Jeffries, a <br />single person, herein called the mortgagee, the following described <br />real estate in Hall County, State of Nebraska: <br /> <br />The North one-half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township <br />Nine (9), Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, located in the Southplatte township consisting of <br />twenty (20) acres more or less, and also one acre for road <br />purposes along the south side for lhe said NE1/4SE1/4. <br /> <br />This mortgage is given to secure the payment. of the principal <br />sum of $75,000.00 and interest thereon. according to the terms of a <br />certain promissory note of even date. executed by .~1e mortgagor to <br />the mortgagee, due the ~ day of ~~~~__, 19~~, <br />The mortgagor further agrees to maintain insurance upon the <br />premises above described in an amount not less than the indebted- <br />ness due the mortgagee with a loss-payable clause in favor of the <br />mortgagor and mortgagee as their interests may appear, The <br />mortgagor agrees to pay all taxes and assessments upon said <br />premises and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon <br />this mortgage and the note which this mortgage is given to secure <br />before the same becomes delinquent. In the evant the mortgagor <br />shall fail to obtain such insurance or pay such taxes before <br />delinquent, the mortgagee may purchase such insurance and pay such <br />taxes or other liens and shall a lien secured hereby for the <br />amounts advanced with interest thereon at the rate of ten (10) per <br />cent per annum. <br />In the event the mortgagor defaults in the payment of said <br />indebtedness or any installment thereof, or fails to perform any of <br />the other agreements herein, the mortgagee at his election may <br />declare the entire debt secured by this mortgage to be due and <br />collectible at once; and may foreclose this mortgage for the <br />satisfaction thereof, <br />The mortgagor further agrees that payment hereunder shall be <br />made to mortgagee, hi~Jheirs or a~yign9' <br />Signed this ~_!!!!_ day of ~C.h. 19ji8, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />--.. <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />L <br />
