<br />TRUSTEEtS DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL ~mN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by ROBERT J. 'NIEMANN and JUDITH G. NIEMANN,
<br />husband and wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein~ dated December'30, 1986,
<br />and recorded January 6, 1987, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 87-100090,
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the re~est of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises;

<br />Lots Twenty-Five (25) and Twenty-Six (26),
<br />Sass Second Subdivision, located in Section
<br />Fourteen (14), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises.
