<br />I <br /> <br />"88-- 101692 <br /> <br />DEED OF TRUST RIDER <br />To FHA Insured Loan <br /> <br />This Rider, dated the 23 day of March , 19 88, amends the Deed of <br />Trust of even date by and between Daniel L. Boroff and Renee M. Boroff <br />the Borrower(s), and Firstier Bank, National Association, Omaha, NE <br />the Trustee, and ' Occidental Nebraska Federal Savings Bank <br />the Lender, as follows: <br /> <br />One-Time Hortgage Insurance Prumium <br /> <br />1. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. <br />2. Subsection (c) (I) of Paragraph 2 1a deleted. <br />3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words lIa11 pay- <br />ments made under the provision of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof <br />which the Lender has not become obligated to pay to the <br />Secretary of Housing and Urban Development andll are deleted. <br />4. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion <br />of a period after "... then remain1.ng unpaid under said <br />Notell and deletion of the remainder of the sentence. <br />5. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: <br /> <br />"This option may not be exercised when the <br />ineligibility for insurance under the National <br />Housing Act is due to the Lender I s failure to <br />remit the mortgage insurance premium to the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development." <br /> <br />Assumption Clause <br /> <br />The mortgagee shall, with the prior approval of the Federal Housing Commis- <br />sioner, or his designee, declare all sums secured by this mortgage to be immedi- <br />ately due and payable if all or a part of the property is sold or otherwise <br />transferred (other than by devise, descent or operation of law) by the <br />mortgagor, pursuant to a contract of sale executed not later than 12 months <br />after the date on which the mortgage is endorsed for insurance, to ~rchaRer <br />whose credit has not been approved in accordance with the requirements of the <br />CODDDissioner. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the borrower{s) has set his hand and seal the day and <br />year first aforesaid. <br /> <br />.. . ...~- <br /> <br /> <br />, .r~> <br /> <br />;.-. <br /> <br />~..~ ~::; <br /> <br />, . <br />, . <br /> <br />'.'
