I "88-- 101692 DEED OF TRUST RIDER To FHA Insured Loan This Rider, dated the 23 day of March , 19 88, amends the Deed of Trust of even date by and between Daniel L. Boroff and Renee M. Boroff the Borrower(s), and Firstier Bank, National Association, Omaha, NE the Trustee, and ' Occidental Nebraska Federal Savings Bank the Lender, as follows: One-Time Hortgage Insurance Prumium 1. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. 2. Subsection (c) (I) of Paragraph 2 1a deleted. 3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3, the words lIa11 pay- ments made under the provision of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof which the Lender has not become obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development andll are deleted. 4. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period after "... then remain1.ng unpaid under said Notell and deletion of the remainder of the sentence. 5. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: "This option may not be exercised when the ineligibility for insurance under the National Housing Act is due to the Lender I s failure to remit the mortgage insurance premium to the Department of Housing and Urban Development." Assumption Clause The mortgagee shall, with the prior approval of the Federal Housing Commis- sioner, or his designee, declare all sums secured by this mortgage to be immedi- ately due and payable if all or a part of the property is sold or otherwise transferred (other than by devise, descent or operation of law) by the mortgagor, pursuant to a contract of sale executed not later than 12 months after the date on which the mortgage is endorsed for insurance, to ~rchaRer whose credit has not been approved in accordance with the requirements of the CODDDissioner.
