NEUBERT, husband and wife, <br />each in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein called <br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the cancellation of <br />indebtedness owing from Grantors to Grantee, do grant, bargainf <br />sell, convey and confirm unto HO}-IE FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, herein Cil lled the Grantee, the <br />following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lots One (1), T\vo (2) and 'rhree (3) of <br />Neubert Subdivision, formerly known as Lot <br />Twenty (20), Bosselman's Second Subdivision, <br />in the City of Grapd Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authori ty to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
