<br />I <br /> <br />JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />88-101670 <br /> <br />Ricky L. Turner and Kandis K. Turner, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, GRANTORS, in consideration of FIFTY- <br />THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE AND 55/100 DOLLARS ($53,549.55) <br />consisting of THREE THOUSAND AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($3,000.00) cash received <br />from GRANTEES, Scott R. Knuth and Barbara A. Knuth, husband and wife, and <br />assumption of the Mortgage hereinafter described by GRANTEES, convey to <br />GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Section 76-201, Revised Statutes of <br />Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, Nebra~ka: <br /> <br />Lot Nine (9), in Block Five (5), in Ashton Place, an Addition to <br />the ci ty of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, <br />platted and recorded, <br /> <br /> <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements <br />of record, visible easements, zoning laws, rules, regulations and <br />ordinances, and subject to a Mortgage executed to Superior Mortgage Inc. <br />filed for record in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on June <br />10, 1986 recorded as Document No. 86-103068 which Mortgage GRANTEES assume <br />and agree to pay by acceptance of delivery of this Deed. <br /> <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES, as follows: <br /> <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real estate is <br />free of encumbrances except for the Mortgage described above1 <br /> <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the real <br />estate to GRANTEES1 and <br /> <br />3.
