<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the
<br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and
<br />for the County of Hall, wherein Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, is Plaintiff, and Gory D. Graham and
<br />Margaret A. Graham, Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, at
<br />the January 1st Term, A.D. 1988, of said Court, Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island did obtain a
<br />Decree finding that there is due from Gary D. Graham and Margaret
<br />A. Graham to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association the sum of
<br />Sixty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Three Dollars and Eighteen Cents
<br />($68,603.18) and costs of suit taxed at Four Hundred Thirty Six
<br />Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($436.18), and whereas, it was then
<br />and there further ordered in the said action that in default of
<br />the payment of the sum so found due by the said Gary D. Graham
<br />and Margaret A. Graham, that the lands and tenements hereinafter
<br />described should be advertised and sold according to law to pay
<br />the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, Kevin
<br />A. Brostrom was appointed as Master Commissioner on February 4,
<br />1988, to sell the real estate under and by virtue of the said
<br />Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed, and he did on
<br />the 2 day of March 1988, in the lower lobby of the Courthouse in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being Hall County, having
<br />first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said
<br />sale by publication once in each week for four successive weeks
<br />in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in
<br />general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island for the sum of Seventy Thousand One Hundred Twenty
<br />Two Dollars and Sixty Cents ($70,122.60), which sale was
<br />afterward at the January tst Term of said Court, A.D, 1988,
<br />examined and confirmed, and the said Kevin A. Brostrom, as such
<br />Master Commissioner, ordered Lo convey the said premises in fee
<br />simple to the said Home Federal Savings and Loan Association.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Kevin A. Brostrom, Master
<br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and
<br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of
<br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said Home
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, the premises so as
<br />aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Four (4), Wolfe's Third Subdivision, 1n the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association, its successors and assigns, and to
<br />it and its use and behoof forever.
