<br />This Mortgage is entered into between JOHN H. ALLAN and CONNIEL.

<br />Mortgagor is indebted to Mortgagee in the principal sum of
<br />$60.000.00, evidenced by Mortgagor's note dated ,Marc~ 1988
<br />(herein Note) providing for payments of principal and "inf~rest, with
<br />the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due and payable on
<br />March 31 ~1998.

<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract containing 12
<br />acres, more or leso, and being the Southerly 553 feet of the
<br />Westerly 945.25 feet of the Southwest Quarter of said
<br />Northwest Quarter; and

<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7,
<br />Township 9 North, Range 15, West of the 6th P.M., Buffalo
<br />County, Nebraska, except 2.755 acres, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Referring to th~ Southe8.8t corner of
<br />the Northeast Quarter of said Section 7; thence Westerly on
<br />the South line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 679.0
<br />feet to the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
