<br />cables, conductors. surface markers, and other appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in>> upon, above, along, across, over, and through an eight (8.0)
<br />foot wide tract of land>> located in paLt of Lot Four (4) Island in the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW-l/4,SW-l/4), and part of the
<br />West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (W-l/2,SE-l/4.

<br />Nine (9)>> West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska~ the Easterly line of the
<br />easement being more particularly described as follows:

<br />Commencing at a point on the South line of said Section
<br />Twenty Three (23), being one thousand three hundred six and
<br />forty-two hundredths (1,306.42) feet East of the Southwest
<br />corner of said Section Twenty Three (23); thence Easterly
<br />along the South line of said Section Twenty Three (23), a
<br />distance of six hundred seventy five (675.0) feet, to the
<br />ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence deflecting left 90049'30"
<br />and running Northerly, a distance of four hundred two
<br />(402.0) feet.

<br />The above described tract of land containing 0.073 acres
<br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated 1/25/88. marked
<br />Exhibit "All, attached hereto>> and incorporated herein by

<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described easement tract for
<br />the installation, maintenance>> operation, and removal of such overhead
<br />electrical utility lines and appurtenances.

<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted>> including but not limited to the right to place electrical line
<br />anchors, or anchors with guy wires attached thereto, on Grantor's property; to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, b~shes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
<br />obstructions interfering with the surveying>> construction, inspection,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal. or operation of such
<br />overhead electrical utility lines and appurtenances. No structures, buildings,
<br />fences, or other obstructions of any kind whatsoever, shall be allowed in,
<br />upon. abOve. along. across, over>> or through the easement herein granted.

<br />The parties hereto agree that the Grantor may continue to \lse the easement
<br />area herein granted for any other use permitted by law, that does not interfere
<br />with the operation and maintenance of the overhead electrical utility lines and
<br />appurtenances constructed therein,
