Associates, a <br />general partnership, the mortgagee in the certain mortgage here- <br />inafter described, do hereby certify that the mortgage which is <br />dated September 1, 1980, made and executed by Grand Island Mall, <br />Ltd., a limited partnership, to C. t1. Associates, general partnership, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as document number 80-005189 of the records of said office, <br />is as to so much of the property herein described, to-wit: <br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Fifteen (15), Grand <br />Island ~1all 8th Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />fully paid, satisfied, released and discharged.
