TAYLOR and JEAN J. TAYLOR, husband and <br />wife, jointly and severally, residents of 3075 Cross Fox Drive, <br />Mulberry, Florida 33860, hereby appoint LaVERN A. TAYLOR, of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as our lawful Att0rney-in- <br />Fact, to do for us and on our behalf the following: <br /> <br />1. To sell the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Capital Heights <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, known as <br />4262 Pennsylvania Avenue, <br /> <br />at such price, on such terms, for such length of term, and in <br />such manner, whether at private or public sale or negotiation <br />as our Attorney-in-Fact deems advisable. He may convey the above <br />real estate so sold by him by an instrument of conveyance with <br />customary warranties. <br /> <br />2. In order to sell and convey the above-described real <br />estate, we authorize our Attorney-in-Fact to execute all purchase <br />agreements, contract, and all other documents necessary for this <br />purpose. He shall have authority to write checks on our account, <br />if necessar~ for payment of real estate taxes, documentary <br />taxes, abstracting, title insurance, loan origination fees, and <br />all other expenses necessary for the sale and closing of the <br />above-described real estate. <br /> <br />3. Our Attorney-in-Fact shall have full authority to <br />receive funds from the sale of the above-described real estate; <br />to hold all such funds in escrow; pay all necessary expenses <br />in any manner related to the sale and conveyance of the above- <br />described real estate and shall have full and complete authority <br />to sign any agreements or execute any documents that we could do <br />were we present in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for the <br />sale and conveyance of the above-described real estate. <br /> <br />We ratify and confirm all acts done by our Attorney-in- <br />Fact under this Power of Attorney.
