<br />said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such
<br />consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />mortgage of Grantor(s) recorded as Document 80-006469 together with
<br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantor(s) with the above mortgage.

<br />Grantor(s) declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made,
<br />and that there are no agreements, oral or written. other than this Deed
<br />between Grantor(s) and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.

<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its
<br />successors and assigns forever, and the Grantor(s), for themselves and
