<br />I <br /> <br />LOAN. 0016014 <br /> <br />MORTGAGE RIDER <br />FHA Case No. 321-1236880 <br /> <br />88- 101555 <br /> <br /> <br />This MORTGAGE RIDER made this 21ST day of HARCH ,19 ~8 <br />modifies and amends that certain Mortgage, HUD-92143M (9-79), of even date herewith, <br />between: <br /> <br />JEFF A. JORGENSEN AND JUDITH A. JORGENSEN ,HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS WITH <br />RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP <br />. as .Mortgagor, and <br />THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE , as Mortgagee, as follows: <br />ASSOCIATES NATIONAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION <br />1. Paragraph I is amended to read: <br /> <br />"That he will pay the principal of and interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the <br />note secured hereby. at the times and in the manner therein provided; except that <br />privilege is reserved to pay the debt. in whole or in part. on any installment due <br />date." <br /> <br />2. Paragraph 2(a), commencing with "(a) Amount sufficient..." and concluding with "...taking <br />into account delinquencies or prepayments;" is deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br />3. Paragraph 2(c) is amended to delete the subparagraph denoted as "(I)". <br /> <br />4. . The fallowing provision of Paragraph 3, commencing on line 11 and concluding on <br />line 12 of said paragraph, is hereby deleted: <br /> <br />"all payments made under the provisions of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof; which the <br />Mortgagee has not become obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban <br />Development, and". <br /> <br />S. The following provision of Paragraph 3, commencing on line 18, and concluding on <br />Hne 19, is deleted: <br /> <br />"and shall properly adjust any payments which shall have been made under (a) of <br />paragraph 2.. <br /> <br />and a period is added following tbe word "note. on line 18 of Paragraph 3. <br /> <br />6. The following sentence is added at the end of Paragraph ]2: <br /> <br />"This option may not be exercised by the Mortgagee when the ineligibility for <br />insurance under the National Housing Act is due to the Mortgagee's failure to remit <br />the mortgag" insurance premium to the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development." <br /> <br />The identity of all sections and subsections affected by the e;hanges in this Rider should <br />be re-identified as necessary in order to account for the deletions and changes. <br /> <br />Except as modified herein, the Mortgage referenced above is and shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF.
