<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the
<br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and
<br />for the County of Hall, wherein Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, is Plaintiff, and John K, S. Dhillon
<br />and Susan H, A. Dhillon, Husband and Wife, et ai" are
<br />Defendants, at the January 1st Term, A,O, 1987, of said Court,
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island did
<br />obtain a Decree finding that there is due from John K. S. Dhillon
<br />and Susan H. A, Dhillon to Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island the sum of One Hundred Thirty Nine
<br />Thousand One Hundred Dollars and Ninety six Cents ($139,100.96)
<br />plus costs of suit, and whereas, it was then and there further
<br />ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the
<br />sum so found due by the said John K, S, Dhillon and Susan H, A,
<br />Dhillon, that the lands and tenements hereinafter described
<br />should be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same,
<br />and, whereas, default having been made therein, Kevin A. Brostrom
<br />was appointed as Master Commissioner on February 16, 1988, to
<br />sell the real estate under and by virtue of the said Decree and
<br />the Order of Sale to him duly directed, and he did on the 15 day
<br />of March 1988, in the lower lobby of the Courthouse in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, being Hall County, having first given
<br />due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four successive weeks in The
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed and in
<br />general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island for the sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000 00),
<br />which sale was afterward at the January 1st Term of said Court,
<br />A.D, 1988, examined and confirmed, and the said Kevin A.
<br />Brostrom, as such Master Commissioner, ordered to convey the said
<br />premises in fee simple to the said Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, a Savings and Loan Association.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Kevin A. Brostrom, Master
<br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and
<br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of
<br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said Home
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association, the premises so as
<br />aforesaid sold, to-wit:

<br />A tract of land located 1n the Southwest Quarter (SW~)
<br />of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M" Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Southwest Quarter of
<br />Section 22, Township II, North Range 9, West of the 6th
<br />P.M.; thence South 89034' East along the South line of
<br />said Section 22 (said bearing is assumed) a distance of
<br />65.0 Feet; thence due North and parallel with the West
<br />line of said Section 22 a distance of 33.0 Feet; thence
<br />North 42001' West a distance of 9.55 Feet to the point
<br />of beginning; thence" continuing North 42001' West which
<br />is also along the Stolley Park Road right of way line a
<br />distance of 27,15 Feet to a point on the East Locust
<br />Street right of way line; thence due North and parallel
<br />with the West line of said Section 22 which is also the
<br />East right of way line of Locust Street, a distance of
<br />134,63 Feet; thence South 89034' East and parallel with
<br />the South line of said Section 22 a distance of 143.0
<br />Feet; thence due South and parallel with the West line
<br />of said Section 22 a distance of 154,50 Feet to a point
<br />on the North right of way line of Stolley Park Road;
<br />thence North 89 34' West along said North right of way
<br />line a distance of 124.50 Feet to the point of
<br />beginning. Said tract contains 0,5027 acres more or
<br />less and in~ludes all of Lot One (1) and a portion of
<br />Lot Two (2) in Roepke Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Uall County, Nebraska, as slll'veyed, pl.'llled,
