I" 88- 101521 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE -- ~"" ,. THIS DEED, made this 25th day of March, 1988, between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly First Savings Company, Beneficiary; and Sheldon J. Dethloff and Vivian L. Dethloff, husband and wife, Trustor. WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in ,order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which wa~ filed on August 25, 1983, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and identified as Document No. 83-004493, convey to Trustee, his suc- cessors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: The Northerly one-half (1/2) of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Nineteen (19) in the Original Town, now city, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men- tioned and described be now released to said Trustor. THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurte- nances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
