Stahl the Borrower(s), and Fir-stier Bank. National Association. Omaha. NE the Trustee, and Occidental Nebraska Federal Savin~s Bank the Lender, as follows: One-Time Mortgage Insurance Premiu~ 1. Subsection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. 2. Subsection (c) (I) of Paragraph 2 is deleted. 3. In the third sentence of Paragraph 3 t the words "all pay- ments made under the provision of (a) of paragraph 2 hereof which the Lender has not become obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development andll are deleted. 4. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period after II.,. then remain:l.ng unpaid under said Notell and deletion of the remainder of the sentence. 5. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: IIThis option may not be exercised when the ineligibility for insurance under the National Housing Act is due to the Lender' s failure to remit the mortgage insurance premium to the Department of Housing and Urban Development." Assumption Clause The mortgagee shall: with the prior approval of the Federal Housing Commis- sioner, or his designee, declare all sums secured by this mortgage to be immedi- ately due and payable if all or a part of the property is sold or otherwise transferred (other than by devise, descent or operation of law) by the mortgagor, pursuant to a contract of sale executed not later than 12 months after the date on which the mortgage is endorsed for insurance, to apurchaser whose credit has not been approved in accordance with the requirements of the COJllllllssioner.
