WASLEY and CRYSTAL WASLEY, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the release from <br />personal liability for indebtedness owing from Grantors to <br />Grantee, and pursuant to a confirmed Chapter 11 Plan of Reorgani- <br />zation as found at Case No. BK86-242l in the United States <br />Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska do grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, <br />herein called the Grantee, the following-described real estate in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWi) of Section One <br />(1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal <br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a <br />tract conveyed to Grace R. Cahow in Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 147, Page 653, and <br />EXCEPTING a portion deeded to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />"'1: <br /> <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever.
