I EASEMENT 88- 1'01439 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., owner of Park Gardens Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and pursuant to the Declaration of Annexation it has filed on such subdivision with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 88- 10 I t; ~ 'S , does hereby grant and convey to Park Gardens Development Owners Association, a Nebraska corporation, an easement for the Park Gardens Development Owners Association to perform maintenance and upkeep on all property in said Park Gardens Fourth Subdivision, except the interior of structures to be erected thereon, and to do everything in the Subdivision as authorized and in accordance with the Declaration of Annexation filed as Document No. 88- iOI '--13'& in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County~ Nebraska, which imposes the restrictions, covenants, and conditions for the use of said property pursuant to the Declaration recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 18, 19B1~, as Document No. 84-003208; and to maintain all water lines and sanitary sewer lines from structures erected in said Subdivision to the appropriate city mains.
