<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, th. party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second pert, at or before the
<br />enBealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by theBe presents, does grant, bargain, sell, a8sign, transfer,

<br />succeBsors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF "ORTGAG~, Bearing date

<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF MORTGAGE therein contained.
