<br />KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Superior Mortgage, Inc. a
<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of One Dollar and
<br />other valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Colonial Central Savings
<br />Bank, FSB, a Corporation, the party of the second part, at or before the
<br />ensealing and delivery of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred, and set
<br />over, and, by these presente, does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
<br />transferred, and set over, unto the said party of the second part, its
<br />successors and assigns, a certain INDENTURE OF nORTGAGE, Bearing date
<br />of March 27, 19 87 , a9 document number 87-101729 in the offices
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and made by Steven J. Jones and Sandra J, Jones, husband and wife
<br />to, or currently assigned to, Superior Mortgage, Inc. and all its right, title
<br />and interest to the premises therein described, as follows, to-wit:

<br />Fractional Lot seven (7), in Cedar Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County and its complement, being Fractional Lot seven (7), Block f^"~ (4),
<br />Elm Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />Together Yith the note therein described, and the money due or to become dy~
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the
<br />said party of the second part, its successors end assigns forever, subject
<br />only to the provisions of said INDENTURE OF nORTGAGE therein contained.
<br />
<br />And the party of the first part does hereby make, constitute and appoint the
<br />said party of the second part, its true and lawful attorney, irrevocable, in
<br />its name, or otherwise, but at their oyn proper costs and charges, to have,
<br />use, and take all lawful ways and means for the recovery of the said money and
<br />interest, and, in case of payaent, to discharge the Ba.e as the part of the
<br />first part might, or could do, if these presents Yere not ..de.
